To Oppenheimer οδηγεί τις υποψηφιότητες, ο Scorsese σπάει ρεκόρ του Spielberg

Ανακοινώθηκαν οι υποψηφιότητες για τα Όσκαρ 2024, τα 96α Βραβεία της Ακακαδημίας, με το “Oppenheimer” να προηγείται με 13 υποψηφιότητες.

Η Zazie Beetz και ο Jack Quaid αποκάλυψαν τις υποψηφιότητες νωρίτερα σήμερα σε μια ζωντανή παρουσίαση στο κανάλι των Όσκαρ στο YouTube. Το “Poor Things” του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου πήγε επίσης εξαιρετικά καλά καταφέρνοντας να χτυπήσει 11 υποψηφιότητες, ενώ το έπος του Martin Scorsese, διάρκειας τριάμισι ωρών, “Killers of the Flower Moon” μάζεψε 10. Ο Scorsese (81 ετών) έγραψε επίσης νέο ρεκόρ ως ο γηραιότερος σκηνοθέτης προτεινόμενος για το Βραβείο Καλύτερης Σκηνοθεσίας ξεπερνώντας τον Steven Spielberg (77 ετών).

Tα “Barbie” και “Maestro” τα πήγαν αρκετά καλά, με οκτώ και επτά υποψηφιότητες, αντίστοιχα. Άξιο αναφοράς είναι επίσης ότι είναι η πρώτη φορά που τρεις ταινίες με γυναίκα σκηνοθέτη βρίσκονται υποψήφιες για τον τίτλο της Καλύτερης Ταινίας.
